What is an Empath?

According to WebMD, Empaths are individuals who are extremely perceptive of the feelings and emotions of people around them, which typically comes through some intuitive abilities. But sometimes, empaths may face challenges with setting boundaries between themselves and others.

An Empath is someone who walks into a room full of people and can tell you what they are feeling. Depending on their level of skills, they can advise you quite a bit of information about other people. Usually, this is an uncomfortable place as we need to understand the rules of consent and how and when to shut it off. 

Over the years, I have read many books and completed many programs to understand empaths and energy work better. This list of best books for empaths will help you and your loved ones better understand the beautiful gift it truly is.
